Godfrey
Rex Chambers is one of the most loving and gifted Priests I have ever known,  a Godly man, and  God's man.
We came to know him at St John's Episcopal Church in Breckenridge.

We loved him there, and when he started having services in Dillon, to better serve those of us who live in the
northern part of the County,  we fell in love with him as Priest and Pastor.

During a time when our grandsons were all 3 staying with us for an extended period,  Rex greeted them with
huge bear hugs.  They were at the time experiencing some trauma, and were "WOWed" by his welcome.
The boys were 18,13 & 8.  And the 8 yr. old was invited to serve at the Altar.

We are summer and winter residents in Summit County, and Rex has made it know to us that he will always be
available to us should we ever need him.  I know he would be there for us, because this is just the way he is.
He is a Pastor,  a excellent preacher,  teacher, administrator and I can say a loyal friend to God and Man.
He was available to us during the New Years Holiday, when my husband became very ill and was taken to
the hospital.  Coming with Communion,  prayers and even a prayer shawl, which my husband kept around his
shoulders for several weeks after returning home.

I have to say that we miss him enormously, and know that where ever God uses him in the future, their Church will be forever blessed.

Sincerely,
Judy B. Godfrey
